Maureen Logsdon

Maureen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families in both school and community mental health settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and client-centered care.

Maureen views therapy as a collaborative journey and one that fosters healing, growth, and self-discovery. She is deeply committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel understood, empowered, and supported. With a person-centered philosophy, she tailors each therapeutic experience to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a belief in each person’s inherent resilience. Whether helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, Maureen provides the guidance and encouragement needed to foster meaningful change. She strives to empower individuals to build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and embrace their full potential.

Above all, Maureen believes that healing happens in connection with oneself, with others, and within a supportive therapeutic relationship. She is honored to walk alongside her clients on their path to greater emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.
