Sarah Moten

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clarke University, and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. Sarah is a member of the Illinois Counseling Association, and Illinois Mental Health Counseling Association. Sarah has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field.

Sarah’s experience includes providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and mood disorders. Additionally, she has worked with clients who have other social, emotional, and/or behavioral concerns. Sarah values the importance of building a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She uses approaches that best fit the needs of each individual and family. These typically include CBT, ACT, DBT, and/or Client Centered techniques.
