Social Superstars: A Six-Week Social Skills Group for Ages 3-4
Our play-based social skills group is thoughtfully designed to help young children develop early friendship skills in a fun, supportive, and nurturing environment. Through engaging games, storytelling, movement activities, and guided play, children learn how to interact positively with peers while building confidence and emotional awareness.
Skills We Focus On:
- Taking turns and sharing
- Using kind words and listening to others
- Managing big feelings
- Joining and participating in group play
- Following simple group expectations
- Building confidence in social situations
Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized support and gentle coaching. All activities are developmentally appropriate and structured to feel natural, playful, and enjoyable for young children. Skills are reinforced through repetition, modeling, and positive encouragement to help children feel successful.
This group is ideal for children who may:
- Feel shy in social settings
- Have difficulty navigating peer interactions
- Struggle with transitions
- Benefit from additional practice and support in a small group setting
Our goal is to help each child feel confident, capable, and excited about connecting with others.
Following registration, families will be contacted for a brief screening process to ensure the best possible group fit and dynamic.
