Dear Plum Tree Family and Local Community,

Hello!

I’m Aashni Patel, a 17-year-old with Tourette’s Syndrome under the care of Mindy Myer at Plum Tree Psychology. Since age 12, I have been receiving CBIT treatment with a dream to contribute back to the Tourettes patient community. An opportunity to unite individual patients like me to share stories, support families and raise Tourette’s awareness with the hope of one day finding a cure.

We are organizing a benefit walk aimed at raising awareness and funds for Tourette Syndrome & Tic Disorders.

I hope you can join us to help raise funds and awareness for Tourette Syndrome and Tic Disorders. Your support will not only connect families but also contribute to crucial awareness and fundraising efforts. Together, we can make a difference!

Donations:

• We kindly encourage any cash donation from your family or friends on behalf of the Tourette Association.
• Before the walk, we will have a raffle with wonderful prizes. Tickets can be purchased for $5 in-person.
• We would be grateful for any donations of items (e.g., gift vouchers, wine basket, spa day, movie tickets, electronics, sports memorabilia, etc) that could be included in the raffle. Please call 630.549.6245 to provide donations.
• Cash donations to Tourette Association will also be accepted at the walk.
• Every child will receive a t-shirt, and each participant will receive a water bottle.

In coordination with the Tourette Association of America and Plum Tree Psychology, Trot The Fox to Fight Tics is a fundraising initiative started by Aashni Patel – one of our patients.
