Camille Simon, LCSW – Child, Adolescent, and Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapist

Supporting Children, Teens, and Families

Camille Simon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California where her training focused on children, youth, and families. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, Camille provides compassionate and individualized therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.

She specializes in supporting children and adolescents with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning challenges, and processing delays. Drawing on extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, Camille helps children and families navigate the emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that can accompany neurodivergence. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, behavioral concerns, social difficulties, and major life transitions.

A Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach

A warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship is at the heart of Camille’s work. Her neurodiversity-affirming approach recognizes and celebrates each client’s strengths, abilities, and individuality. Through therapy, clients learn to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in their daily lives.

Camille’s goal is to empower children, adolescents, and families to thrive with greater self-understanding and resilience. By fostering growth both at home and in the community, she helps clients develop skills that support long-term success and well-being.

Building Skills for Lasting Growth

Therapy with Camille focuses on developing self-awareness, self-advocacy skills, and healthy coping strategies. Clients also strengthen problem-solving abilities, emotional regulation, and resilience. As a result, children, teens, and families feel supported as they work toward meaningful personal growth and lasting positive change.

Evidence-Based Therapy for ADHD, Autism, and Emotional Wellness

Creativity plays an important role in Camille’s therapeutic approach. To provide comprehensive support, Camille integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also uses interactive play as needed to help clients learn new skills in real time. These approaches help clients build effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
