Adria Vollmer

About Adria Vollmer, LCPC
Adria Vollmer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is passionate about helping children and adolescents identify their strengths and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. She brings experience across individual, group, family, and school-based therapy settings.
Adria uses a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based approach so clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Therapeutic Approach
In sessions, Adria incorporates humor, play, art, and collaboration to build connection and engagement. At the same time, she relies on evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Because every client is unique, Adria adapts her therapeutic approach to meet each individual’s needs. She believes effective treatment should reflect a client’s strengths, challenges, and personal goals.
Areas of Experience
Adria has experience supporting children and teens with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional dysregulation, and family-related challenges.
In addition to working directly with clients, Adria values family involvement in the therapeutic process. She collaborates with caregivers to reinforce progress and support growth beyond the therapy room.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of work, Adria enjoys exploring new cities, spending time outdoors, and staying active. She plays in a volleyball league, enjoys reading and crafting, and regularly goes to the gym. A self-described “nature girl,” Adria loves hiking, gardening, camping, and taking walks with her cat, Gump.
