Renee Kiel

Renee has always been driven by a deep desire to help others. From a young age, she was passionate about ensuring that no one ever felt alone—that everyone had someone in their corner to provide support during life’s challenges. This passion naturally led her to pursue a career in social work.

She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago, where she built a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, mental health, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. With nearly 30 years of experience, Renee has worked in both for-profit and non-profit therapeutic settings, holding a variety of clinical and leadership roles dedicated to ensuring individuals receive the treatment they deserve to lead healthy lives.  Renee specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, offering a compassionate, welcoming space to explore emotions, manage stress, and build self-awareness and stronger relationships. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, thoughtfully tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.

Renee sees therapy as a space for growth and self-discovery—an opportunity to shift perspectives, learn new coping skills, and move toward lasting change. While the journey isn’t always easy, she strives to make the process approachable and supportive, walking alongside her clients with empathy, insight, and genuine care.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, understanding, and unwavering support, Renee is here for you. You don’t have to go through it alone—she’ll be right by your side, every step of the way.
